Coordination of workmen

A large number of workmen’s services exceed the scope of facility management. We would be happy to take on the coordination of workmen’s services and the allocation of corresponding tasks, when the job in question is beyond the scope of normal facility management services.

For example, we assign the following services to independent contractors:

• Extensive repairs of technical systems
• Finishing work, dry wall construction and similar work
• Changes to electrical installations and other work which can only be carried out by a qualified electrician
• Replacing windows or doors
• Laying tiles, carpet and other floor coverings
• We generally engage independent contractors for any work requiring a master craftsman’s diploma or entry in the Register of Craftsmen.
