We provide our clients with comprehensive facility management services in Munich and the surrounding region.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Comprehensive&#8220; means that we provide a high standard of cross-functional services always focused on preserving the condition of the property in question.<\/p>\n<p>We have recently experienced increasing demand for our commercial property management services, not least because we have built up a broad client base over the past 20 years and have gained additional business through the recommendations of our loyal clients.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet_arrow2 imglist\">\n<li>Our vehicle fleet contains 17 vehicles, nine of which are small vans.<\/li>\n<li>For our winter services, we are ideally equipped with 8 snowploughs and gritting vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Full property management includes a 24-hour standby service \u2212 this means that we are also available for night-time operations.<\/li>\n<li>We have organised facility management in Munich on a decentralised basis.
