We would be happy to take on the coordination of workmen&#8217;s services and the allocation of corresponding tasks, when the job in question is beyond the scope of normal facility management services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For example, we assign the following services to independent contractors:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet_arrow2 imglist\">\n<li>Extensive repairs of technical systems<\/li>\n<li>Finishing work, dry wall construction and similar work<\/li>\n<li>Changes to electrical installations and other work which can only be carried out by a qualified electrician<\/li>\n<li>Replacing windows or doors<\/li>\n<li>Laying tiles, carpet and other floor coverings<\/li>\n<li>We generally engage independent contractors for any work requiring a master craftsman&#8217;s diploma or entry in the Register of Craftsmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The coordination and engagement of workmen is always carried out in close consultation with the owner. Our clients define how much freedom we have to operate in.
